NYSEG Solutions Online Account

Soon you will be able to take advantage of NYSEG Solutions online account services.

If you are a Residential customer and receive an invoice from NYSEG Solutions that includes your supply charges, with "Online Account" you will be able to:

1) View you current balance for supply charges,
2) View your latest supply invoice,
3) View up to 18 months of past supply invoices,
4) View up to 18 months of supply billing history,
5) View your Electric Service and Gas Service details,
6) Make one-time and recurring secure payments in a few simple steps.

If you are a Residential customer and receive an invoice from your Delivery Company that includes your supply and delivery charges, with "Online Account" you will be able to:

1) View you current balance for supply charges,
2) View your latest supply invoice,
3) View up to 18 months of past supply invoices,
4) View up to 18 months of supply billing history,
5) View your Electric Service and Gas Service details.
If you would like to pay your invoice online, you need to contact your Delivery Company.

To enroll for Online Account, all you will need is a recent NYSEG Solutions invoice and a current email address. If you wish to pay on line, you will also need payment type information.
